For this theme, the api link is http://exchange.enlightenment.org/api/read?object=theme&id=204
Notice that the id is 204, and you can see that from the URL of this page.

Looks like this is the exact same theme as Imago, but with a different border. Can you instead make JUST a border theme?

Very cool. But, if I add it as a gadget to my desktop, it only resizes when I change the width, not the height. Otherwise, it gets clipped on the sides.

Its a theme, so it must go in ~/.e/e/themes
Then you need to go to the advanced section of the theme dialog and assign it to the proper category (modules/clock)
