Black and White Squared

Modifed version of default E17 Theme.
Default for my DebianTesting-based DVD with E17.

Changes:

1.) Changed panels - two backgrounds - default is non-transparent and alternate is 70% transparent
2.) added some modules to theme(itask, itaskng, deskshow etc)
3.) Changed some other pixmaps in the module
4.) Removed round borders :)
5.) Changed icons(from KDE4 Oxygen project)
6.) in source - default.edc splitted to many parts and i added #includes to default.edc instead of complete content in default.edc
7.) removed menuitem animation
8.) some other small changes :)
