This is the single best looking and most complete theme for E17.
Unfortunately the power off and some other buttons on that panel broke during one of E updates and no longer respond.
I have assigned the widgets to use the default theme to get around this. It would be great if you could sort this issue out.

I see the upload date is quite recent, so I thought it would be fixed, but alas, stil no luck. Maybe this website does not give me the correct file
